James is the Creative Director at Cactus Communications, a leading Advertising Agency in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa. Prior to that he was an active part of the creative industry in Kenya for a number of years. He studied Design and Advertising at the Buruburu Institute of Fine Arts in Nairobi, Kenya and has since then been a part of the creative industry for over a decade. During the course of his career he has moved from a Designer to Art Director, Senior Art Director to Creative Director.
James has a huge belief in deriving inspiration from his surroundings and has recently learned that jumping into unfamiliar and conservative markets, only gives one the opportunity to challenge the status quo. |
